Football Pick'em

I knew last week was going to be a tough week picking against the spread (ATS) but 6 - 9, now that is ridiculous. I am committed to get back on my game to make you a winner so hang in there with me and my crack staff of researchers. The year to date totals are 34 - 26 which is still on the positive side and that is not all bad. Here we go with week 5;

HOME TEAM

1.     GEORGIA TECH by 7.5 over Virginia Tech

2.     PITTSBURGH by 6.5 over Virgina

3.     BALL STATE by 2.5 over Toledo

4.     Florida State by 21.5 over BOSTON COLLEGE

5.     MINNESOTA getting 0.5 from Iowa

6.     WASHINGTON by 8.5 over Arizona

7.     Texas A & M by 10.5 over ARKANSAS

8.     Wyoming by 11.5 over TEXAS STATE

9.     MISSOURI by 21.5 over Arkansas State

10.   OREGON by 36.5 over California

OH but wait there is more;

11.   GEORGIA by 2.5 over LSU

12.   Oklahoma by 3.5 over NOTRE DAME

13.   Connecticut by 2.5 over BUFFALO

And for the upsets of the week

14.  WEST VIRGINA getting 18.5 from Oklahoma State

15.   Wake Forest getting 28.5 from CLEMSON

Okay sports fans, do what you gotta do. And always, may the spread be with you.

    6. I do like the Huskies at home but only by a TD

  2. You both make me feel like I should change my Wake Forest pick. 4 TDs and a FG (on Yahoo)? Now I don't know what to do. Well, since it is a 3:30 game, I'll see how my first four picks go before I make a decision...

    1. Clemson is averaging 39 ppg while Wake Forest is averaging 18 ppg. Add on top of that, Clemson has played a tougher schedule (NC St, SC St, UGA) than Wake Forest (Army, UL-Monroe, BC). This game should be 35-0 before you know it.
